FOR GARAGE This 4x4 ft lifting storage rack allows you to make the most of your garage's vertical space. Constructed with heavy-duty steel and premium hardware, it is designed to support a maximum load capacity of 300 lbs. Rigorously tested for safety and durability, it ensures long-lasting performance.

LIFTING DESIGN With the included hand crank or power drill (not included), you can easily raise and lower the garage storage rack, eliminating the need for a ladder. The double rope design offers extra safety compared to a single rope, and the pressure-rivet design ensures a secure connection, preventing any risk of the shelf falling. Additionally, a specially designed safety lock keeps it firmly in place when not in use.

COMPATIBILITY Can it be installed on a sloping ceiling (not horizontal)? No, it cannot. The shelving unit would tilt, posing a risk of items falling.

What kind of garage is it suitable for? The ceiling should be constructed of wooden beams or concrete. If wooden beams, the appropriate beam spacing is 12/16/24 inches. And the length of the axle is 71", please make sure the beam is of sufficient length.

Is it suitable for a ceiling height exceeding 9 feet? We sincerely recommend ceilings not exceeding 9 feet. The maximum length of the pole used for raising or lowering the deck is 4 feet, so if the ceiling is higher than 9 feet, you may need to stand on a ladder to reach the pole.

Why is my wire deck not level? Please ensure the following four points during installation: Was it installed using the installation template? Is the ceiling level? Is the installation distance correct? Is the direction of the rotating handle correct? If the rope passes through the axle from below, it indicates an incorrect rotation direction of the pole. Please lower the wire deck to its lowest position and rotate the winding pole COUNTERCLOCKWISE to raise the deck.

NOTE: The axle length is 71" which is longer than the 4x4 ft deck. Please make sure the beam is of sufficient length. Fits 12", 16" or 24" ceiling joist spacing. The maximum lifting range is 79", and the suitable ceiling height is less than 9 feet.
